Description

Problem
We want to have a better understanding of what ends up on the events' poison queues for better monitoring of events. This is an extension of the solution implemented in issue #617

Solution
Implement poison queue consumption in Azure functions project and log events to trace log table by posting the relevant events consumed to the storage controller's logs endpoint.

to be decided
What are relevant queue items in this context?
