support wrapfig / wrapfig 2

Via gsm230. We want to support wrapping figure/graphic/table design such as can be created with wrapfig and wrapfig2.

@pkra What markup do you need in the XML to support this?

If I understand the packages correctly they only provide markup to identify the object that has content wrapping around it.

I believe downstream would need a container around both the object and the content that it wraps around so as to control the wrapping in reflowable displays.
