tcolorbox: should default border color be currentColor? #202

Following #200, I had looked through more author use of color and I noticed that tcolorbox's default border-color is also black.

texml/lib/perl/TeX/Interpreter/LaTeX/Package/tcolorbox.pm

Line 60 in 5c29484

\setXMLattribute{border-color}{black}%

I'm pondering whether that's worth changing to currentColor too. In color modes, it would be nice to have matching border (especially in dark mode).

However, since it's a single attribute, we can easily do this downstream, too.
