Dock won't automatically adjust according to the screen size (x64)

When changing the screen size to something other than the default, the dock will stay in its original position.

To see what I mean, open "Display settings", change the screen size to 1920x1080p, and you will see the dock floating in the top-right corner of the display.

I expected the dock to adjust to the bottom of the screen, but it stayed there with no way to move it.

This happened in AmogOS x64 v1.7.0
