When I tried to read the file, I got an error like this:
image

The log file I was instructed to look at looked like this.

tilecutter.log

I am using windows11 23H2.
I tried versions tilecutter 1.2.2 and 1.2.1 and it happened with both.

Could you please help me solve this problem?

Can you send the TCP file? The log crashes in a part where it should not crash and I've tried to recreate your TCP from the logs but then it works here.

I'm sorry, but I lost the TCP file at that time.
Therefore, I created a new project and I have confirmed that a similar error has occurred.

I will attach the TCP file ,config file ,and error log again.
Also, I'm not sure if it's helpful, but I'll also attach the image I loaded.

supplement

Regarding this test.tcp file creation procedure, after starting the software, loading the image, outputting the tcp file without editing anything, and exiting the software.
