Missing LICENSE file

There's no LICENSE file in the repository, even though phpdoc blocks refer to it, see:

Packagist says the license is MIT, but I can't see any reference outside composer.json file, which is not enough AFAIK in terms of making sure code is actually open source. Hence I can't use that lib, because legally it's proprietary software :)
