[FEAT] Notify if disk isnt updated after a certain time.

Recently one of my collectors stopped working, however I didnt pick up on the problem for a few weeks until I went into the UI and saw the date was old.

An awesome feature would be to define a timeframe where an update is expected, and then to send notifcations if the disk fails to report in that timeframe.
