code issues about master_run.py

Hello, in the master_run.py file, step two part, I don't know how to get the following file :keep1_list.txt, keep2_list.txt, discard_list.txt, manual_check_list.txt, keep2.fasta, manual_check.fasta, when I select the parameter "-vs" I ran the run_ VirSorter2.py, but the files were not found.
