When searching for a word(s) or a phrase in the Bible, is it possible to highlight the word(s) or phrase in each verse that the search produces. This feature would be very handy.

Hi Debra

I believe this request has been raised elsewhere also. You can see more related to searching here:

Thanks!

And I love the idea of when for exam I search "Elder," the word "Elders" also shows up in the produced search.

Yes, that request has been around for a while I think. Ben's suggestion is how to do it presently.

Let's say you use NASB module which has Strong's dictionary ref. numbers.
In English the word bow can mean a bow and arrow or it could mean to bow down. But the Hebrew and Greek words are numbered so that each meaning is accurately defined in the strong's dictionary. So in this case you can search for the dictionary no. Rather than the English words.
In find if you type strong:h7198 it will return only the verses that mean bow as in bow and arrow or an arch like the rainbow.
This was a simple example, doing a find using Strong's numbers gives you a deeper search than using any translated languages.
