Can find from logcat actual stacktrace for this issue.

Probably some super rare case that is caused by unfortunate drive failure in a critical moment. Sync folder key is stored, and is found in drive and can be read, but device sync folder is not stored.

I'm not going to investigate this further unless more cases appear.
