Test Ghostty as an alternative to Kitty

I tested Ghostty, and it seems nice. There are certain features that I like in Kitty that are still missing:

• An API for interacting with open windows.
  • I need this for my Lazygit-Neovim setup.
  • There is an open issue for this: Scripting API for Ghostty ghostty-org/ghostty#2353.
• A stack layout
  • I need this for my Lazygit-Neovim setup.
  • There is an open discussion on this: Ability to define split layouts ghostty-org/ghostty#2480.
• Seamless navigation between Neovim and Ghostty window splits
  • smart-splits.nvim doesn't support Ghostty (yet?).
• Being able to open the scrollback in Neovim
  • Something like https://github.com/mikesmithgh/kitty-scrollback.nvim.
• Cursor trail
