Issue with version 0.0.3

Hello @AndreiPashkin,

I am considering replacing our use of the paste crate by compose-idents in AccessKit (AccessKit/accesskit#527).

I am, however, concerned by the fact that version 0.0.3 is not present on the master branch on this repo. The tag v0.0.3 appears to be detached from the rest of the tree. Can you please clarify?

I would like to see this crate switch to syn 2 and I am willing to send a pull request once the tag situation is resolved.
