How to keep also original image?

Hi Andrew very nice work!

I'm a rails beginner and I'm trying to use your plugin with simple_form.

I'm trying to apply some small changes:

1. I want o keep also the original version. I want to upload one image and send back to my post model the original image and the cropped version.

2. I want to add a button to recall the crop modal also later (recalling the original image). So when you "edit" the post and you want to change the cropped version you don't have to load the file again but you can crop in another format your original version.
