Add "Featured streamer" optional config

This would allow custom markup for the selected streamer - example use case would be on a gaming subreddit, if the company account streams a game they might want to highlight it above other streams. Would possibly mean an extra in the sidebar as well, so that the markup can be placed above or below the normal twitch streams.
