Add command line argument to support multiple subreddits on same instance of bot

Right now to run twitchy in multiple subreddits you need to run multiple instances of the bot, which can possibly lead to ratelimiting issues by multiple bots running at the same time. Passing in the subreddit names via command line to be run one after another would be a good way to avoid ratelimiting issues.
