✨[feature Request]: Change popup Message when the cart it empty

Feature Description

Currently when Ordering when cart is empty it shows the discount message. I want to change the popup message to "Empty cart, Please added items to cart to proceed" kind of message

Use Case

It is required to show the proper reason as the cart is empty discount message is not necessary
