ヒエラルキーに表示できるコンポーネントアイコンで、特定のコンポーネントを非表示にできる設定があると嬉しいです。

最低限、一律でTransformとScriptを非表示にできるフラグを追加していただけるとよりヒエラルキーが見やすくなると思います。
