Antalpha Labs will host Antalpha HackerHouse in ChiangMai before Devcon, and this proposal is to apply for funding for it. Our event information is here

Motivation

Devcon is the largest event hosted by Ethereum foundation, it's a good opportunity for us to attract developers and researchers into our community. Last year's hacker house was quite successfully during devconnect, we intend to continue the hacker house.
