Dragging the inventory window causes the window to move farther than the cursor #315

This eventually causes the cursor to not be over the window. Ideally, the cursor would not move relative to the window, but stay "grabbed" onto the exact pixel the drag started on (as they both move across the screen).

Discovered on Windows.
