[Feature request] Change the order of wallpapers

I would like to be able to configure, but I can't figure out how to do it, and that is the order of the wallpapers; I usually make effects that connect the home screen wallpaper and the lock screen wallpaper, but when I add all these wallpapers, they are randomly added in the directory, I've tried to add them one by one so that it keeps a certain order, but this order moves while I select them and even when I save the album, they move again

So if you could add an option to give the wallpapers a specific order that can be configured; likewise, add an option to place them randomly for whoever wants it.

Almost all of the visuals is just basic functionality currently, but would this work?

You would also be able to drag folders around if you have multiple folders. Same goes for wallpapers -- but folders and wallpapers have separate ordering.

Folders take priority over individual wallpapers, so if you had two folders and 3 wallpapers and you wanted to sort alphabetically, it would be:

Folder 1 (internal wallpapers A-Z) + Folder 2 (internal wallpapers A-Z) + Wallpaper (1-3)

Then on the wallpaper settings page, you would be able to toggle randomize wallpaper or keep the default order
