Try to unlock payments in the deposit function

In the current design, one who deposits needs to wait for someone else to unlock his payment.
It could probably be interesting to unlock 1 locked payment for each deposit. That way we could make enhance the fluidity of the system by maximizing the attempts to unlock locked payments and thus diminishing the amount of time funds stay stuck on the contract
