goal: support testing of wallet submodules in the CI

build zephyr x86/qemu target
create fixtures to start up a local (i.e. ethereum) node
write a python wrapper that starts the emulator and talks to the emu via the Zephyr shell
write tests (using pytest) for the relevant wallet submodules
update CI job
