revisit MIDAS scenario and MIDAS scenario representation

I noticed that 'MIDAS scenario' has been deprecated in Apollo. Are we still planning on doing the same for 'MIDAS scenario representation'? Is there a possible use for it that would justify keeping it as a class? I have the impression that a MIDAS scenario is simply an infectious disease outbreak, while the representation would be a simulation of it.
