[Bug] changing rom sync issue

Bug Description

i'm changing my rom from android 15 to android 13, but my notes wasn't synced on android 15, after i changed the rom to android 13, the data won't open cause it's not synced yet on previous roms, but the app reading it as a new device, so i can't restore the data on my previous rom. how can i fix this?

i already checked on appflowy cloud, my data is also wasn't there, it says Record Not Found, on the app it says Data is not synced from another device

How to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

idk, maybe, if it's possible, bring back my notes and fix this problem with my suggest on Expected Behavior.

and also, can you guys give a button to sync data manually instead of auto sync? it's too risky cause we don't know when the new data will be synced, and now this is happens to me and i can't restore my data at all :(

i need to change the rom again, but it doesn't promise the app will read it as a previous device.

btw, what will happen if i disable sync? is the notes will be saved on the local only? and will this problem happen again? @LucasXu0
