Bug Description

When I add Hour in Calendar, the hour cant be other hour than the "real hour"... Example:

It is 7:00

I want to create an event in 2 days at 6:30 : I can't because, right now it is 7:00 and the hour is in red

How to Reproduce

Create an Event in app at 9:40 when it is 9:10 : it is not working for me

Expected Behavior

Choose the hour: if i create an event, I have to choose time in a 24:00 range. (bug in 12 and 24 hours)
