[Suggestion] Remove the cell workbench

Describe the feature

Right clicking the cell should be able to open the filter and add upgrades vs needing a dedicated workbench. You could implement copying filters between cells by right clicking the new cell with the old one in your inventory.

Reasons why it should be considered

This would streamline AE a bit more and eliminate a workbench that isn't really all that needed.
