Hi,

I've a branch in my fork that adds per-month archive pages and an index of these pages.

It's not perfect; comments are welcome. For one, the per-month archival style, although suitable for most, is not very customizable.

I've added comments on the commit(s). Mostly pretty happy with it, but one or two minor suggestions.
