For the moment, the new sample from text has two languages, French and English.
That's good, but the function should also expose the options of the function I've written to use for any other language or text type.
Ideally, the option "input text" should propose three options 1. default English, 2. default French, 3. More options,
and "more options" opens a popup (or more options in the same dialog) where everything can be modified, ideally with tooltips like the comments I've put into the function.

Minor details: the tooltip of the "cloud up" icon should be "Add new sample", the two options "Input Text" and "Input File" should be in no-caps, instead of "Input File" maybe put "Upload Conll File", the "Select custom User ID" should simply be "Custom User ID" (no real selection here) and the user name should be as default text inside the field (or as background text if nothing else is typed).
