[Feature request]: Improve support for annotation on mobile devices

Describe the problem to be solved

I love using Arborator via the ArboratorGrew instance and I would like to be able to annotate using a tablet. However when I try, while the POS, the morphological layers and the arc labels can be edited as expected, I can't modify the dependency relations. The problem is that I can't select the node and draw the arc from head to dependent.
I could only test it with Chrome and Firefox on an Android tablet.

Suggest a solution

I have no experience with JavaScript or other web-development language, so I can't say whether the problem is with the type of events that the application responds to. It would be great if this issue could be fixed, thank you!
