Hey, thanks for all the hard work into this. Great write up and history lesson, and freedom of information is always needed.
Just got an issue with the C Drive Patch when copying it over it says I need more free space? Any suggestions?

you tryin from a GUI? try from command line instead.

xcopy source dest /E/H

A better command line for xcopy has been suggested:
xcopy source destination /h /i /c /k /e /r /y
