Just doesn't work

Using Obsidian 1.5.3. Tried to get this plugin to work with no luck. I defined a simple replacement:
ntm : MyNote-
Ctrl-Tab opens a new Obsidian tab.
Electing to have a space trigger the replacement didn't do anything, and neither did Tab.
I restarted Obsidian several times.

you can use Typing transformer as a substitution, which can be used both on Pc&Mobile

To add to this, I am now using Latex Suite together with Typing Transformer on my phone. Latex Suite is much more powerful but currently doesn't support many mobile devices / doesn't take characters after the cursor as an input. However, I made a fix for the former issue which I will pull request soon, and typing transformer fills in the rest.

We appreciate the effort you made to provide us with this wonderful plug-in and we understand that you're not getting paid anything to do it. But if in fact it's the case that there's an outstanding pull request to fix the problem with space triggering the expansion, could you please just accept it?
