Can "parent folder" functions be added to the bookmark management interface?

Thank you for your great work! Could you manage to add a much-needed "parent folder"to the current bookmark management interface (with such funtions as "show folder path" ,"reverse folder path" and "click and jump to parent folder" as shown by the pictures below) ? There used to be an addon for this ,but it stopped working with Quantum Version.
