[ENHANCEMENT] Azure AI Search Instrumentation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently don't fully support tracing for Azure AI Search as a vector store when using our OpenAIInstrumentor. This instrumentor does pick up some values, but is missing span kind, as well as some document attributes.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either folding Azure AI Search support into our OpenAIInstrumentor, or creating a more specific instrumentor for Azure AI Search specifically.
