decrease size of fixture data for tests #85

There are some big files in tests/fixtures/dataset_builders:

arg-microtexts-master.zip,
cdcp_acl17.zip, and
scidtb_argmin_annotations.tgz (but this is rather small).

These files should be replaced by versions that just contain some extract of the respective datasets.
