Currently, there is a dummy class that exists for the sole purpose of triggering javadoc generation. While the shaded library produces javadoc, the replace library (with nearly the same configuration) does not. Also, if you run maven from the replacement library directory, it will generate javadoc, but not when you run it from the project root directory.
Cleanup the dummy class and get the replacement library to properly generate javadoc.
