Improve visuals for the sign up view

The idea for the signup view of the page was taken from a template of Material UI.
The original template is this one:

After implementing the first signup view prototype, the first version of the log in view is this one:

Until now, a working signup with basic functionalities is already working.

Instead of "Add User", do you think it would be more concise if we labeled it as "Sign Up" or "New User"?

You're right. The fact that the text of the Sign Up page is Add User is because, in the base code of the wichat_0, this is the name of this component. This is a really quick modification
