Basic NavBar

The application should have a navbar to guide the user into the different features of the webapp.
A basic navbar is required to make testing easier. This navbar should be coherent with the style of the
components that are already in the webapp

The navbar proposed as basic navbar in this early stage is the following one:

This navbar is responsive to the window wide in order to facilitate the mobile view:

Once the user is logged into the application, the log in and sign up buttons dissapear and are replaced
by a single sign out button.
