Migrate Decisions from Documentation to Wiki

To improve mantainability of the Architectural Decisions and avoid deploying everytime a decision is taken, we will migrate them to the Wiki of the repository.

The decisions that were available in the documentation have been migrated to the Wiki. A PR has been made to edit the section 9 of the documentation with a link to the Wiki:

• Modified section 9 to avoid redundancy with Wiki #36

All the decisions recorded in the Wiki have been rewritten to all have the same format.

@SergioMulet has reviewed and merged the pull request, a deployment of the documentation needs to be done and then this issue may be closed.
