Describe the bug
A poor contrast ratio is observed in the navbar links in "Light Mode"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any page in light mode
  2. Check the navbar
  3. you will find a poor contrast ratio as mentioned

Expected behavior
A good contrast ratio should ensure text is readable for everyone.

A good contrast ratio would improve the accessibility of the website

Additional context
I suggest changing the text color to text-gray-900 instead of text-gray-400, which will improve the contrast.

@CYBWEBALI While you are at it you can also maybe fine-tune the text color in the issue card, or a new issue is need for it?
