⭐FEAT: Issue Pagination

The current issue page does not have pagination, making it difficult to navigate through a large number of issues efficiently.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have pagination added to the issue page so that users can easily navigate through long lists of issues. It should include page numbers and options to jump to the first, last, next, and previous pages.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative solution would be to add infinite scrolling instead of traditional pagination, but I believe that pagination provides a better user experience for quickly accessing specific pages.

Additional context
This is the pagination features look like, can you assign me to do this?
