Extension that allows modifying the output

Is there an extension that allows users to modify the output for more difficult translations that regex cannot solve such as pronouns, point of view, etc.? So for example, if a text comes out translated as "He went to the store." when it should be "She went to the store." Japanese seems to require a lot of context that translators have no way of knowing.

It would be nice to be able to quickly fix the translations while the game is going on to get context. Trying to fix it post without that is difficult.
