I was looking into DeepL to use as the translator, but I stumbled onto mention of needing the API and the company only accepting European credit cards... However, when I looked into it, it gave me a price in USD and I typed in most of my actual information to test what buying it would do. It didn't give me any message about my card being out of the country or anything. Perhaps it's a new thing, since the last discussion about it is from 10 months ago, but maybe it's worth checking out now?
