How can I remove #n from text

First thank you very much for your help and sorry for my bad English. My problem is that I'm playing Agarest Generations of War with Textractor and it's working but it's getting text with "#n" Example: 'I suppose it is human destiny#nto take the lives of others#nto find what we desire.​ '

Can someone help me remove #n? Thank you very much for your help and sorry for the inconvenience.
