The settings sound page icon was filled and much too small, redesigned it into an outlined speaker that fits in size with the other settings page icons
Added new sound-indicator icons with four stages for use in the sound page icon button. Changing the volume-up and volume-down icons into indicators was not an option since those are still needed in that size by the music apps volume control

Adds to #13
Removes blocker (mute feature) for AsteroidOS/asteroid#39
