To develop the script to execute Chasten and Mutmut tool, and return a JSON file, here are some TODOs

Make sure your program has access to Chasten and Mutmut (or any other mutation tool you see fit)
Figure out where to store the two database after running the two tools
Format the two output, suggesting a JSON file
Figure out where to save the JSON file
Provide the path to all important programs (lazy-tracker)
