offer option to output qc figures as .svg instead of .png

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
SVG are editable so I can adapt aidaqc figures to match other manuscript figures style (font size, font, ....).
PNG outputs may end up with wrong DPI and be pixelated when added to figures.

a flag option to have .svg image outputs instead of .png.
