Menu button on framework homepage #21

would be good to have a menu button the home page to take users to the various sub-pages e.g. framework, RASDS, FAQs, POAP, Contact, etc

Have clarified - add on rasd.org.au, something similar to what's on EcoAssets, likely hamburger-style if possible
