IE back button clears selected values

We have a form where the select, radios and check boxes are styled using uniform. On IE, when we submit the form and continue on to the next page and then click the browser back button to go back, the values on the fields that are styled using uniform are cleared down. This is only happening in IE. Chrome and Firefox are ok. Is there any resolution to this IE issue?
