Voice selection issues

When going to select a voice in settings, the dropdown displays about 40 options. Many are the same names repeated multiple times.

I can't tell what voices are English or the quality. Ideally the menu would display this information, but a "test" button to sample the voice would be an ok solution. Thanks!

1. Also, I don't find any "Siri" voices ("Voice 1", "Voice 2", etc)that I've downloaded in the options, not sure if this applies to other downloaded voices as well.
2. It would also be nice to add the option to set the speaking speed and speaking volume, like how it can be done in the spoken content setting. The default speaking speed is really slow.
3. it would be nice to have hot key to automatically speak the latest message rather than having to click a button. same applies to speech-to-text input. Thanks!
