world protection

world protection doesn't work, i did ( /wd build hub true) and tried to place/break without op and without permissios but it didn't prevent it, whether i set it to true or false players can still break/place blocks, i even set the permission "worlddefend.build.bypass" to false in plugin.yml just in case and still no change.

Command lock is /wd build hub true make sure your world displayname is hub

i am sure the world folder name and diaplay name is "hubb" and i only said "hub" to give an example
